Date and Almond Balls
3/4 cup of Almonds Raw
30 Pitted dates
A handful of Goji Berries
A handful of Cranberries
Organic Cacao Powder
1/3 Cup of shredded coconut plus 1/2 cup for rolling balls in later
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1/3 cup of coconut oil
Blend in Almonds, Dates, Goji berries, Cranberries Cacao powder coconut and chia seeds.
Make sure well blended maybe 3-5 minutes
Then add coconut oil blend further 3 mins till mixed well.
Take blender jug off blender turn power off.
Get a tablespoon plastic or use hands roll small balls (bite size) roll in coconut
Place in the fridge to set for an hour makes approx. 24 depending on size. Enjoy and share this recipe.
